We do not store credit/debit card details on our website, or any of our internal systems. By submitting your order, you consent to your data being transferred for such purposes. Should we find any inaccuracy or discrepancy in your credit or debit card information the order process will be delayed or suspended.
After placing your order through the website your browser will display a confirmation page and an order confirmation email (together the ‘Order Confirmations’) will be sent to the email address specified during the order process. We ask you to carefully review all information in the Order Confirmations and notify us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.
The Order Confirmations contain details of the items you have ordered and the total cost of the order.
The Order Confirmations is your commitment to buy the goods and an authorisation to charge your credit/debit card, subject to the acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance by John Jordan Limited. Although we hope to be able to supply all goods ordered, we reserve the right at our discretion to refuse any order, or part of any order, at any time before the goods have dispatched. Should we refuse your order, or part of your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Confirmation that your order has been accepted will be communicated with a Confirmation of Despatch email and subsequent shipping of the items in your order. Your contact with John Jordan Limited will be entered into on the date of the Confirmation of Despatch email and it will refer exclusively to items listed in the Confirmation of Despatch email.
We take payment from your credit or debit card at the time we despatch your order. If your order is despatched in multiple consignments, we will only charge you for the items actually shipped at that time. The Confirmation of Despatch email will only include the items that have been despatched.
We will contact you if we have any problems taking payment from the card details that you provided.
Whilst we try to ensure that all of the prices on our website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods before our acceptance of your order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
The Despatch Confirmation email will include details of the courier service that your goods have been sent with and will include a tracking link if the courier company provides tracking for your consignment(s).
Upon delivery you will be required to check the condition of the order and whether the correct number of items have been delivered. Missing items will be re-ordered and damaged or incorrect items will be returned to us and replaced, delivered free of charge.
Once the goods have been delivered to you and you have taken physical possession of them, you become the owner and from that moment on you will bear any risk for loss, theft or damage.

If you decide to cancel your order you must let us know within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. We require the goods to be received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction.
The items must be unused and in their original packaging so they are resellable as new.
If we have made a mistake, for example, we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then we will issue a freepost return for the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.
If an item is delivered to you in unsatisfactory condition, or if the product has been delivered faulty, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Damaged or faulty items will be returned and replaced.
If an item that you have purchased from us develops a fault, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Problems with items that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance. We can supply proof of purchase if required for guarantee claims.
